6. Enter your new password twice
Your new password must be very long — or long-ish and contain some special characters
As long as you see red text under the password fields, it’s not enough
7. No red text?
You’re good to go!
Tap/click “Save my new password.”
8. Having a hard time making both password versions match?
Tap/click the 👁️ to show the password in progress.
Once you’re done, you can even copy it to be pasted into the login screen.
9. Your new password is now active
Enter your username and your new password.

10. Not sure what your username is?
Your username is contained in the email we sent you.
Usually, it’s the first part of your
email address, with all special characters removed. So the
username of “homer.j.simpson@peachymail.com” should be “homerjsimpson” (without the “”.)
Capitalization matters! Enter the username exactly as written in the email.
Tap/click “Login”
Hopefully, you should now be logged in. 🤞️
